Palm seems closer to linkup with Motorola

The WSJ is noting the snapping up of call options on Palm's stock, "Palm Calls Rise on Rumors of Linkup with Motorola," echoing the rumors floated by CNBC that Palm will acquired by Motorola. It's expected that this will be announced today, before they issue their quarterly earnings report due after the close of trading, today.
