Just to note that I regularly listen to the Johns Hopkins Medicine Weekly Health News podcast.
From the above link:
"A weekly podcast looking at the top medical stories of the week for people who want to become informed participants in their own health care. With Elizabeth Tracey, director of electronic media for Johns Hopkins Medicine, and Rick Lange M.D., chief of clinical cardiology at Johns Hopkins."
If you follow the link above, you'll also see program notes for each podcast. It really helps when you want to go back to a story you found interesting. (I wish that audiobooks could do something similar.)
Too often, I catch yourself listening to a medical research story on the radio, wishing that the report could be produced with a clinical perspective. If Rick and Elizabeth would provide the citation on their Web site for the journals articles they're discussing, this would make the package complete.
