I'll be amazed if this really works...
It's called customer push back, enabled by online commentary, that CEOs are taking seriously.
Here's the letter (Dear Palm: It's time for an intervention) by Peter, Ryan and Joshua to Ed Colligan of Palm, imploring him to reconsider the Foleo.
Jarvis says that now CEOs need to react quickly to this "customerism" (not consumerism, mind you, we all read Clue Train), and Jobs realized this when he decided to compensate those early adopters of the iPhone.
This is old news, but I just ran across mention of Denuo when I was looking at a conference on syndication here in NYC featuring such blogging luminaries as Searls, Jarvis, Halley, Scoble (hmmm, I see he mentions a post he's read about the "UMPC Fiasco") and Gillmor. And not to forget Brooklyn's own Amanda of RocketBoom videoblog fame.
According to this report, Denuo is a "digital consultancy" launched by the advertising giant, Publicis whose goal is to "invest in and partner with media and tech companies to gain 'first-mover rights for clients.'"
