Social media meltdown: Plurk

Twitter's newest rival Plurk is down now, and I far as I can tell it's been down since 2 AM.

There's no news to be found about this by Googling. Technorati is having it's own issues. Looks like Web 2.0 has some scaling issues when it comes to microblogging.

UPDATE: And, Amazon.com is down.
