Bacon prep aka "lardons"

Bacon prep aka lardons, originally uploaded by BKMD.

This prep for a recipe looked so good, I decided to honor it in its raw state.

It's much easier to manage bacon when it's cut into "lardons."

I have to admit that photographing cooked bacon is a little trickier, but I'll get around to it.
